
Jazmine Jazmine, who is Philadelphia native was born and raised there. Pam is Jazmine's mom, and is an ex-backup singer from Philadelphia International Records. When she was 5 years old, her father got in the role of curator for the city's Historic Strawberry Mansion in the Strawberry Mansion section, and her family moved into the historic landmark. The 2005 graduate of the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts in which she was an instructor of vocal music. Sullivan began singing as a contralto in the children's choir.
